I've fallen for another fandom, Sherlock, the brilliant BBC Series written by Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss. With such good writers I assumed it would be good, but I hadn't realised it would be brilliant!

Sherlock and Watson are a brilliant pair to write about as their relationship on screen is a pleasure to watch. One I see as a great and fascinating friendship between a totally dissimilar pair. As to slashing them, well I'm not convinced and I'd not read anything that persuaded me otherwise until I stumbled across wordstrings writing and was enthralled. So for my first Sherlock rec I present...

An Act of Charity
The Paradox Suite
The Death and Resurrection of the English Language by wordstrings I read the last one first, as one does, adored it and then realised it was part of a set so chased up the first two parts. The three were totally and utterly enjoyable. :-) Sherlock's musings were wonderfully insane and John was delightful. I loved every minute of them.
