Captive Prince by freece Damen is the true heir to the throne, but when his half brother seizes power, Damen is captured, stripped of his identity and sent to serve the prince of a rival nation as a pleasure slave I've been reading this regularly updated WIP for some time now. It has many readers and appears to be very well know, read this fanlore wikki review for a flavour. As the review says, the summary doesn't do the story credit, it's not a typical 'pleasure slave' story (although don't ask me to define typical :-)) it's so much more than that. Well worth a read.
